This agreement outlines your obligations as a member and explains our obligations to you. By enrolling as a CrazyCheapDeals member you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Site Membership/Account Termination

• CrazyCheapDeals only allows one account per person. We Reserve the right to terminate multiple accounts deemed to be owned by the same person without notice at any time, without honouring the cashback earned by those accounts.
• You must be a resident of the UK to qualify for an account and receive cashback. This site finds deals for UK residents, and as such will only transfer cashback earned to UK bank accounts.
• We reserve the right to refuse membership. Further, we reserve the right to terminate your CrazyCheapDeals account without notice at any time.
• In the event that you have not logged into your account for a period exceeding 6 months then we reserve the right to terminate your account after an email warning.
• You will receive email reminders should you not log into your account for a period of one month.

2. Cashback Rewards

• As a member you will earn either a set fee, or a percentage 'cashback' or cash reward from a number of retailer offers on our website.
• We will make every effort to ensure cash back offers are correctly illustrated.
• It's important to note that all transactions you make are not with us but the individual retailer.
• Your account will only be credited when the retailer confirms your transaction. Sometimes this happens immediately, although often our retailer's process transactions when their returns policy date has expired (this can be 30 days plus).
• Should the goods be refunded or the sale otherwise reversed then the cashback payment will not be made.
• Cashback rewards can only be paid when a member has logged into our site and accessed the retailer's site via a link from the member's area.
• All transactions are electronically logged and reported back by the retailer. We will make every effort to ensure that retailer's are correctly reporting cashback sales however we cannot be held responsible should the retailers systems fail to report back your sale. (In the rare case that this occurs we will make every effort to negotiate the cashback reward from the retailer on your behalf; however the retailer's decision is final).
• If you have previously visited a retailers site prior to using our site, then the cashback will unfortunately not be credited to our site. for details of why, please email us.

3. Payment Schedule

• Cashback payments will be issued monthly, 30 days in arrears, with a minimum payment of £25. If your account does not reach this minimum payment, the cashback will roll over to the next months balance until you have reached the threshold.
• Should a retailer delay payment or cease trading then we will make every effort to recover your cashback however we cannot be held responsible for failure to recover the funds.

4. Members Newsletter

• All members will receive a weekly newsletter, providing updates on the latest CrazyCheapDeals offers and site updates. It is a condition of membership that you provide and maintain a valid email address to receive this weekly email.
• Non-Members may also sign up purely for the newsletter, and can ask to be removed at any time from the mailing list.

5. Modification of Agreement

• We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion by posting a revised agreement on the CrazyCheapDeals website. We will also endeavour to email members if the alteration in any way affects their rights.

6. Miscellaneous

• This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without reference to rules governing choice of laws.
